When we encounter pain, injury, or other health issues it can certainly be discouraging. We want to talk strategies to overcome these issues.</p><p>We're also passionate about helping people to perform at their best, whether that's in a sport or in their personal fitness so that they can do the things they love, like putting their suitcase in the overhead bin through their lifespan.</p>
