«Die Papieri strahlt über Cham hinaus.»
Bis 2035 entsteht in Cham auf dem Papieri-Areal, dem ehemaligen Fabrikgelände, etappenweise ein neues Quartier mit je rund 1'000 Wohnungen und Arbeitsplätzen. Die erste Etappe ist jetzt abgeschlossen – über 250 Wohnungen und Lofts wurden realisiert. Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung ist die Cham Group. Thomas Aebischer, seit knapp einem Jahr CEO, gibt Auskunft über erreichte Meilensteine, seine Führungsgrundsätze und die spannenden Pläne, die er für die Zukunft des Papieri-Areals in der Pipeline hat.
