Heute zu Gast ist der Diplom-Ingenieur und Wirtschaftsingenieur Rainer Hundsdörfer. Er ist Aufsichtsrat und Beirat internationaler Unternehmen mit fast vierzig Jahren industrieller Erfahrung bei Weltmarktführern im Maschinenbau, in Führungspositionen bzw. als CEO. Die Leichtigkeit des Seins, die Rainer Hundsdörfer sowohl an den Tag legt als auch für Führungs- und Beratungsaufgaben reklamiert, ist insofern etwas wie „Die Kunst des Siebenjährigen", als kindliche Neugier und „Unruhe“ erhalten bleiben sollte. Sie trägt – für manche vielleicht überraschend – zu gutem Umgang mit Verantwortung wesentlich bei. Das gilt auch für Coaching: Ein gutes, wirksames Coaching braucht beim Coach eine gute Kombination aus Autorität, Vorbildfunktion und Einfühlsamkeit, um gerade daraus die Handlungsspielräume zu eröffnen für Klient:innen, selber herauszufinden, was es braucht und wo gute Lösungen für die aktuell herausfordernden Problemstellungen liegen.
