第四季延續上一季領跑員與視障運動員的健身訓練準備，今季展開「視障環島跑特訓班」是一個共融生活體驗加馬拉松挑戰的項目，視障跑步教練梁小偉(Gary)用短短三個月的時間，訓練新手領跑員葛行輝(店長)及李莉(Lily)，終極目標是跟視障跑手劉曉真及陳偉倫(Alan)共同完成圍繞香港島跑一個圈。路線包括途經海旁及鬧市的街道，及橫越山嶺的山跑路線，全程約55公里。節目將紀錄領跑員與視障運動員由認識、鍛鍊到不同社區訓練的體驗，讓大眾追看大挑戰真人show的同時，更加了解視障人士日常生活點滴。「復康治療全面體」將聯同物理治療師、職業治療師團隊，關心觀眾的健康，接觸有需要的人士(例如：傷殘人士、長者、痛症患者、長期病患者及照顧者等)，提供支援、復康指引和健身訓練等。
