那麼到底什麼是自由？ 自由就是我想說了算，我能夠說了算。 在這份能夠說了算里，我們做了很多的努力。 比如說身材我想要說了算，我想變瘦； 所以有的人健身，有的人跑步，有的人努力，有的人為了健身節食減肥，這其實就是目標。 這個目標是不是我想要的狀態，我想要一個結果，我能夠說了算的結果？而不是說不可控，隨便怎樣都好； 隨便怎樣都好有這樣的，但實際上他放棄了更多的自由，而我們人生的自由，其實代表著一份選擇權。
