<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;">近年来，NewLook、TOPSHOP、Forever21等快时尚服饰品牌相继退出中国市场，Zara、H&M、GAP等也逐渐被年轻人所“抛弃”。不过，也有一些新晋快时尚品牌，如Chuu、BM以鲜明的风格定位、快速的更新频率而悄然崛起。chuu店铺一开业就有大量顾客在门口排队进店，大部分门店开业期间单店单日营业额高达30万、年营业额不低于2000万！CHUU自2021年5月1日在杭州湖滨银泰开出首家店以来，短短两年时间在全国一、二线城市的核心商圈开出近95家线下实体店，且开一家火爆一家，店门口经常看到顾客大排长龙！一边是人山人海，一边是门可罗雀，业内人士表示，这背后反映出当代年轻人的消费变化，但新晋快时尚品牌能否经得起市场考验仍有待观察。</p>

据日本商工会的调查，截止2017年，日本经营历史超过100年的企业共有33,068家。美国位居第二，百年老店数量约1.2万家（日本经济大学数据）。如果经营历史以300年计，日本老店的数量占全球53%，德国其次，占19%，其余没有一个国家超过5%，美国和中国都是1%。

优衣库员工逆势涨薪40%，背后的原因是什么？<br>据相关财经新闻显示2023年1月12日优衣库母公司迅销集团公布2023年财年第一季度综合业绩，从财报来看，集团似乎迎来了一个不算乐观的开局<br>优衣库事业分部方面收益总额为 2409 亿日元，同比增长 6.4%；经营溢利总额394亿日元，同比下降 5.6%。盈利方面，迅销表示，由于日元兑美元汇率急剧贬值，推升成本上涨导致成本率上升，毛利率同比下降 1.1 %。另外，由于调高店铺兼职及临时人员的时薪导致人事费用上升，以及增加策略性广告推广费用，使销售、一般及行政开支占收益比率同比上升0.8%。<br>值得注意的是，财报发布一日前，据媒体报道，迅销（Fast Retailing）刚刚宣布，3月起将大幅提升日本正职员工的年薪，最多可达40%左右，以在日本面临几十年来最严重的通货膨胀之际，留住并激励员工。在此背景下，集团经营成本或将进一步上升。<br><br>
