Es trifft damit alle, die heute oder in Zukunft eine Wohnung suchen und brauchen. Claudio Zihlmann, FDP-Fraktionspräsident im Kantonsrat, er klärt das klare Nein zu Initiative und schaut dabei auch auf Basel und Genf.

FDP-Stadtpodcast: Kompromiss statt Radikal-Abbau
Jedes Jahr baut die Stadt Zürich 1000 Parkplätze ab. Obwohl der Bestand der Autos seit Jahren der gleiche bleibt. Am 14. Juni ist nun eine Kompromissvorlage an der Stimmurne, welche Parkplätze für alle Verkehrsteilnehmenden entsprechend den Bedürfnissen in den Quartieren will. FDP-Gemeinderat Andy Egli und Mitte-Gemeinderätin Karin Weyermann zeigen im Stadtpodcast auf, dass dieser Kompromiss für alle sinnvoll ist.

Nach bald zehn Jahren hat der Stadtrat die Taxen für Altersheime den tatsächlichen Kosten etwas angenähert – doch selbst das ist Rot-Grün zu viel: Sie wollen dem Stadtrat die Kompetenz, diese Taxen mit den ExpertInnen festzulegen wegnehmen und die Altersheimpreise zum politischen Spielball machen. Nicht mit mir, Sagt Stadtrat Andreas Hauri im FDP-Podcast und wehrt sich, gemeinsam mit Gemeinderätin Deborah Wettstein für faire Taxen.
