Entscheiden ist nie kontextfrei – das ist so selbstverständlich wie oft unverstanden und zu wenig beachtet. What´s next heißt auch immer what´s now. Ulrike Sutrich betrachtet das Handwerk des Entscheidens als Lernstrecke. Dazu gibt es zwar gute Tools, wie etwa das von ihr mitentwickelte „Kairos-Profil“. Zugleich stellt sich immer die Aufgabe, die Umsetzung jeweils für spezifische Bedarfe und Prozessbesonderheiten in Organisationen zu gestalten. Dazu ist es auch unverzichtbar, immer aufs Neue vom Impliziten zum Expliziten des Entscheidens zu gelangen, bevor einem die Luft ausgeht. Gruppendynamik und das Erkennen und Beobachten von Mustern sind auch hier wichtige Kompetenzen, wie Ulrike Sutrich am 4-Player-Model von David Kantor ausführt.
