<p>המלחמה לא מסוקרת כראוי. 10 בספטמבר 2024. התאחדות העיתונאים הזרים בישראל הגישה בפעם השניה עתירה לבג״צ. הדרישה: לאפשר לעיתונאים ולעיתונאיות להיכנס לרצועת עזה, לתעד את המראות ולהביא את הקולות ואת הממצאים באופן עצמאי, ללא ליווי של צה״ל. עד כה, מדינת ישראל אוסרת על כך. אורן פרסיקו, עיתונאי ״העין השביעית״, הגיע לשיחה עם עמנואל אלבז-פלפס על המניעים של צה״ל, על המחיר שמשלמת ישראל על סגירת איזור מלחמה לסיקור עצמאי ועל החשיבות בהבאת מידע עיתונאי אמין מהשטח, קודם כל עבור הציבור הישראלי. </p>
