<p>Ich bin 15 Jahre Mama, hab drei Kinder auf die Welt gebracht - und hab immer noch nicht 100% gecheckt, wie der weibliche Zyklus funktioniert. Und ich glaube, damit bin ich nicht allein.</p><p>Ich dieser Folge rede ich darüber:</p><p>Wie der Zyklus wirklich funktioniert, was PMS ist, warum die Waage vor der Periode verrückt spielt und was das alles mit unserer Libido zu tun hat.</p><p>Und dann geht's um Verhütung - meine persönliche Geschichte von der Pille zur Hormonspirale und was das alles kostet.</p><p>Am Ende spreche ich noch über Aufklärung - wie ich meine Aufklärung in Erinnerung habe und was mir für meine Kinder wichtig ist.</p><p>Disclaimer: Ich bin keine Ärztin.
