Lorena spricht darüber, wie anstrengend es ist, als Mom ständig nachts „abrufbar“ zu sein, wann man sich Erholung überhaupt erlaubt und wie schnell das schlechte Gewissen anspringt, wenn man selbst mal schlafen oder abschalten möchte. Zwischendrin geht es um diese typische Millennial‑Mischung aus Mental Load, eigenen Bedürfnissen und dem Versuch, im Chaos trotzdem Leichtigkeit zu finden.
