Was ist Ehrlichkeit und ist sie lohnenswert? Ich finde, ja. Während wir versuchen, die Welt da draußen zu retten und zu verbessern, gehen wir mit uns selbst recht unehrlich um. Das hat zur Folge, dass nicht nur unsere Umwelt ein fehlerhaftes oder zumindest unvollständiges Bild von uns bekommt, auf das sie dann auch nur unvollkommen reagieren kann, sondern wir selbst entfernen uns auch immer mehr von dem, was wir doch eigentlich sind. So entstehen (unter anderem) Krankheiten oder sogar Kriege. Die Botschaft: Werde ehrlich, vor allem dir selbst gegenüber – dann klappt's vielleicht auch mit dem Nachbarn, zumindest besser.

Wir leben alle in Systemen, in Berufen, in unseren Familien- und Freundeskreisen, etc. Was aber, wenn diese Systeme nicht mehr so richtig passen, wir uns verändern und entwickeln? Plötzlich sind wir "nicht mehr derselbe" und haben uns „so verändert". Systeme versuchen meistens, solche Veränderungen zu verhindern, weil sie sich sonst auch verändern müssten. Wie kommen wir da aber raus und müssen wir da überhaupt raus, oder ist eine solche Veränderung nicht auch eine Chance für alle anderen? Dieser Podcast beschäftigt sich mit diesen Fragen.

Wir glauben hin und wieder, andere müssten doch eigentlich erkennen, was wir wollen. Wir gähnen, um dem Besuch zu signalisieren, dass wir ins Bett wollen. Dabei wäre es viel einfacher, eine freundliche und wertschätzende Information zu geben, dass wir müde sind. Oft trauen wir uns das nicht und lagern es dann durch „Zeichen“ aus. Erkennt unser Gegenüber dann die Zeichen nicht, werden wir wütend und haben zumindest einen Grund, ihm Unachtsamkeit vorzuwerfen, statt unsere Ängste zu erkennen.
