Or alternatively, if two slates get sent up or two individuals get sent up for a particular election, I'm recognizing the person who didn't actually win the election. So there's some concern that that could happen. And then There's also some concern that members of the House will file challenges to the election of people in contested districts and and historically, as a matter of custom. If you are elected in an election that someone has a member of the House has filed a challenge for, you do not vote on the determination of how to organize the House because you're waiting for the House to the House has constitutional responsibility to determine the qualifications of its members and whom to seat.
