It is the firm belief of mine that black lives matter. My initial hope for this episode was to give a platform to a black voice in HR, which seems more pertinent now than ever, which is why this episode has been brought forward in the season. Considering how racism in your organisation can be perpetuated by, or how black people can feel excluded because of the way wellbeing strategies are designed is something that isn't being talked about enough.

Here are some UK based organisations that you can support with your time or money:

100 Black Men of London http://100bml.org

Access UK https://www.accessuk.org

Black Thrive https://www.blackthrive.org.uk

Black Fundraisers https://www.blackfundraisers.org

European Network Against Racism https://www.enar-eu.org

Hope Not Hate https://www.hopenothate.org.uk

Also here are some books you can read if you'd like to be an anti-racist.
