008. 来自2024年366天每一天的日记
<p>Hello大家好，这里是阿唔一口，我是Echo。这期是我的单口。也是我2024年末最后一个项目。它来自于我2024年每一天的日记，366天一天不差。当然我从我几万字的日记里，抽露出了一些些可以播的只言片语，组成了这期播客。</p><p>其实做这期之前，我在想会不会这样的呈现显得有些自我或者自恋。或者说，这样的比较个人的内容，是否会显得幼稚和学生气。于是一直抱着试试的心态，我阅读了所有的日记，过滤选择了文本，再把它们都录了音。</p><p>录音的时候就感觉蛮美妙的，一是很享受自己的劳动成果，毕竟写日记是我2024年除了跑步、做饭、健身之外，另一个坚持下来的习惯。</p><p>二是还蛮感叹自己状态的变化和流动的。低气压低能量伤心生病的一月二月，频繁倒霉受伤的一直踩香蕉皮的三月，赶着去各地比赛的四月，有些奔波和受伤的五月，在非洲大陆的六月，有人离开有人进入的七月，训练很苦却集中绽放的八月，跃跃欲试然后出发的九月，成为背包客的十月，开始稳定规律生活的十一月，状态变化难以捉摸的12月。好像每一个变化都有点令我意想不到，但是把这些星星点点的日子连起来，它就还蛮自然和流畅的。</p><p>去了富士山、乞力马扎罗、环勃朗峰。认识了不同国家游荡的年轻人。也以各种奇怪的方式受伤。也在这些经验之中，慢慢摸索出了一些方法。好像慢慢变得靠谱了一些。</p><p>今年四月开始不再上班，在社会时钟之外折腾一番之后，慢慢尝试去以自由职业做一些东西，虽然没有想象中的顺利和轻松，但是没闲着，也是走在进步的路上。</p><p>感谢所有出现在这些日记里的人，因为你们的参与，让我的2024流光溢彩，蓬荜生辉。</p><p>祝大家新年快乐。</p><p>03:42 一月</p><p>09:15 二月</p><p>14:38 三月</p><p>20:31 四月</p><p>26:57 五月</p><p>33:18 六月</p><p>40:04 七月</p><p>46:30 八月</p><p>52:56 九月</p><p>58:44 十月</p><p>1:05:15 十一月</p><p>1:11:17 十二月</p><p>背景音乐: aqua-坂本龙一</p>
