Stillen ist das Beste für das Baby. Aber was macht Muttermilch zu diesem wahren „Supercocktail“? Welche Vorteile bringt Stillen für dich und dein Baby? Und wie siehst du überhaupt ob dein Baby genug Milch bekommt? In dieser Folge werde ich versuchen dir auf diese und viele andere Fragen rund ums Thema „Stillen“eine Antwort zu geben. Ich erzähle euch von unserer 13 Monate langen Stillzeit und von anfänglichen Stillproblemen. Außerdem werde ich mit euch einige Mythen die sich rund um das Thema „Stillen“ ranken enträtseln und versuchen euch ein paar nützliche Tipps zu einem gelungenen Stillstart zu geben. Meiner Meinung nach wird das Wochenbett häufig etwas verkompliziert teilweise auch irgendwie „beschönigt“. Ich erzähle euch wie das war auf einmal mit dem Zwerg allein zu Hause zu sein und wie es mit dem Stillen weiterging. Dann gebe ich euch einen kleinen Einblick wie meine Hebamme mich und den Kleinen im Wochenbett betreut hat, wann z.B das erste Mal gebadet wurde und wie man mit einem Nabelgranulom umgehen soll. Wie sind die ersten Tage nach dem Kaiserschnitt? In dieser Folge gebe ich euch einen Einblick wie es nach der Geburt auf der Wöchnerinnen - Station weitergeht.
