"The Market's Slow," the Buyers Are ChatGPTing & We're Just Here
The episode officially starts at 6:43! Skip ahead if you're here for the real estate talk. 😂
This week on Agents After Hours, we're getting into a little bit of everything (as usual).
From buyers showing up with 50 AI-generated questions to losing an offer you thought you had in the bag, we're talking about the realities of real estate that don't always make it to social media.
We're also getting into the slower market, why instant gratification has completely messed with our expectations, and why a slow season doesn't necessarily mean you need a whole new business plan.
Plus, we're talking mindset, getting back into your groove, and why collaborating with other agents might be one of the most underrated ways to get your listings SOLD.
No scripts, no sugarcoating, just two agents figuring it out in real time.
🎧 In this episode:
AI-generated buyer questions and what they mean for agents
Losing offers, appraisal waivers, and knowing your limits
Why a slower market doesn't mean a failing business
Mindset, instant gratification, and getting out of your own head
Creative ways to market listings and collaborate with other agents

Are We Working Too Hard? Masculine vs. Feminine Flow in Real Estate
What if being more productive doesn’t mean cramming more into your calendar?
This week, we’re talking about masculine vs. feminine flow in business — from strict time blocking, routines and tracking to working with your energy, capacity and creativity instead. We get into what that actually looks like in real estate, why your routines should be anchors instead of prisons, and whether leaving a little more white space in your life could actually make you better at your job.
Then, naturally, we go completely off the rails: ChatGPT knowing too much about us, a suspicious fake Elon Musk follow, FSBOs who think REALTORS® are scammers, chaotic client stories, and whatever else makes its way into the conversation.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER: The actual episode starts around the 5-minute mark. The first five minutes are basically an Oura Ring review, health updates and us doing what we do best: talking before we actually start the podcast. 😂
As always, it’s unfiltered, slightly chaotic, and probably way too honest.

What $10M Agents Are Doing Differently — And Do You Actually Need to Do It?
We went to BarCamp, took way too many notes, got a little uncomfortable, disagreed with some things… and came home with a LOT to talk about.
In this episode, we’re breaking down our biggest takeaways from conversations with agents at totally different production levels , from listing strategies and follow-up that doesn’t feel annoying, to what $10M producers are actually prioritizing in their businesses.
We’re talking about:
• When “Coming Soon” actually makes sense
• What to do when a listing just isn’t moving
• Following up without harassing people
• Working by time blocks vs. engagement goals
• Why top producers obsess over past clients and VIPs
• Leveraging transaction coordinators, time, and money
• Whether you actually need social media to build a huge business
• Creating boundaries with emotionally draining transactions
• Breaking into higher price points
• And the five responsibilities agents were told to prioritize
But of course, we couldn’t just accept all the advice without questioning it.
Because what happens when the traditional real estate playbook : time blocking, scripts, rigid systems, constant lead gen just doesn’t work with the way your brain operates?
Can you still build a wildly successful business without doing it exactly the way everyone tells you to?
Spoiler: we think there’s more than one way.
Unfiltered opinions, real strategies we’re actually considering implementing, and another reminder that sometimes the best thing you can take from a conference is figuring out what works for you.
