[…] So we're trying to get them approved and we're doing it as best we can. So starting out, I kind of like to explain the process. So my first step is to set, I call it setting the purpose or setting the table. This is where the principle is establishing whether or not there's even a need before we continue. All along the process of the appointment, I'm making sure they're still qualified to stay on the phone with me. That's my mindset. So I'm bringing them through. It's kind of like an interview. If they say something that's derailing, Early on in the interview, if I'm trying to find a good administrative assistant and early on I find out, you know, they have this massive criminal activity of theft and and identity issues and like I'm probably not going to continue the interview and be like, you know what, I I think you're better suited for a different company or something PC and then, you know, get them off the phone.
