很多人以為家裡出現老鼠或蟑螂是因為環境太髒,但其實真正的致命傷,往往是買屋裝修時沒有封堵好的管線「破口」。今天這集節目我們邀請到病媒防治專家小巨(方建勳),來教大家如何在裝潢階段就做好超前部署,讓那些不受歡迎的小動物一開始就進不來我們家! 本集重點: 蟲害入侵的隱藏破口:冷氣管線、抽油煙機排氣管、陽台縫隙與浴室的「管道間」,都是老鼠、鳥類(甚至伴隨禽蟎)與蚊蟲最常入侵的通道。 從源頭防堵的裝潢訣竅:建議排油煙管外側加裝不鏽鋼網防止老鼠咬破,並且浴室管道間一定要用水泥直接做到頂、完全封死縫隙。 網購紙箱是蟑螂溫床:德國蟑螂的卵鞘常藏在瓦楞紙箱的孔洞裡,隨著網購包裹被帶回家;發現一兩隻時就要馬上處理,將除蟑餌膠以「米粒大小」密集點在角落防治。 環保綠建材的白蟻隱憂:現代流行的低甲醛或零甲醛建材,反而容易引來白蟻與蛀蟲,強烈建議在裝修木作的階段,就先進行預防性的環保防蟲上藥。 把防蟲顧問納入裝修前期:強烈建議在裝潢前,先支付一點顧問費請病媒業者與設計師一起到現場評估,將防護網與管線封堵設計進去,避免裝潢完才發現問題、無從除蟲的窘境。 房子買了就是要安心住一輩子,千萬別讓裝潢時的疏忽成為蟲鼠們的遊樂場。只要在裝修前把防堵觀念規劃進去,花小錢請專家諮詢,就能買到長久的安心,讓我們真正享受乾淨無憂的理想好室! -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
