<p>On this episode, Tomi speaks with former multiple British Triathlon Champion and Former Iron Man record holder, Mike Harris!</p> <p>Mike has done it all in the sport of triathlon. Today he shares what his journey was from schoolboy to triathlon champ. He describes what it was like growing up and doing sports in the 60s 70s and 80s.</p> <p>Mike has always been a strong runner, but he started triathlon relatively late, at the age of 31, but that didn't stop him from rising to the top of the sport.</p> <p>Mike shares what his training used to look like and how his work ethic was what set him apart from other athletes. The discipline required to train himself, to work full time, raise a family and still get to the top, is what stands out in Mike's words today.</p> <p>Mike has written three books - "60 years an athlete (Pt 1 and Pt 2)" and "A unique Seventy Year Experiment", all autobiographies, about his life, career and training and these are all available online!</p> <p>Make sure you stick with us all the way through to the end!
