We look at two studies looking at the impact of COVID on mental health in different age groups and areas. Savannah teaches us some methods that might help everyone currently in lockdown.</p>

<p>We decided to release a bonus episode while we record our next episode on mental health.</p><p>We've been doing a lot of research into studies around the concept of time during COVID and language progression of terms. </p><p>In the first part of this episode we look at studies that indicate how people are feeling with the construct of time during lockdown.</p><p>In the second part of the episode we look at how language is used to convey messages and understanding during these times. </p>
