Mid-Air Collision Avoidance with Tom Guillebeau

Arkansas is home to the largest C-130 base in the world, and the resulting military aviation traffic presents a risk of mid-air collisions to the general aviation pilots in the state. The US Air Force MACA program is designed to mitigate that risk and will be a major discussion topic during the upcoming Safety Stand-Down.
