En wie heeft er niet tegen het marmeren reliëfwerk van Frank Nix naast de bar op de eerste verdieping geleund tijdens een openingsavond van het Rotterdamse filmfestival? Of heimelijk zachtjes Barbara Hepworth’s indrukwekkende beeld ‘Curved Form’ aangeraakt terwijl het geroezemoes van de concertgangers in de hal beneden opsteeg?
