Episode 17: Saying No to Resilience
<p>This episode is an intro to a series of episodes to come in the next few weeks. While listening to another episode recently, they briefly touched on the topic of "saying no to resilience". Essentially they were advocating that sometimes we should tell society no on the expectation they have of us to push through and walk way from something for sake of our own joy or mental health. They only talked about it for a few brief moments before moving on. In that moment, a podcast series idea was born in Katie's head.
