Being alone vs being lonely
<p>Welcome back to another episode! July is wrapping up and I'm mentally trying to prepare for an extremely hot and humid August... Good news though, Fall is on the way!!! It is also about that time where everyone's summer vacations are coming to a close and we are headed back to school and work, or aka "the grind". With that being said, this week I discuss what the difference is between being alone and being lonely. Sometimes the two can be misused or misunderstood because we don't truly understand their definitions. We also find that we might use one or the other to inaccurately describe situations that we are either alone or lonely.
