NWaC’s Co-Artistic Director’s Anna Rose and Hannah Ii-Epstein sit down with LaRose Washington and Kevin Sparrow to examine the world of art and media AS IT IS now and LIKE IT WAS before the pandemic. LaRose Washington is a Chicago-based actor, writer, and producer. She is also the box office manager for Nothing Without a Company. Recently, LaRose has performed in Where The Air Meets The Water, a live play for one audience member as well performing and writing sketch comedy with her L.A. based troupe, Trifecta Comedy. Kevin Sparrow is a Chicago-based playwright, dramaturg, and performer, and the Literary Manager for Nothing Without a Company. They recently premiered the interactive, online experience The Kingdom of Slovenalia in January 2021 as part of their ongoing performance project The Museum of Unnatural history Chicago.

Marie currently recurs on Season 5 of CHICAGO MED as Nurse Trini. Marie is represented by Actors Talent Group and is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA. Guest: Mike Shaw grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and has been living in Chicago for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Theater and is the Managing Director for NWaC. He has a recurring co-star role on NBC’s Chicago Med, playing X-Ray Tech Mike and is an aspiring world traveler and island dweller.
