There's someone out there that will never make you question a thing and treat you like the queen/king you are. Tune in to today's episode to hear my advice on how to realize you deserve better in your relationships and friendships. Healing Journey & Special Announcement: Healing From the Past & Moving Forward

Hey everyone, we are BACK with another episode of As You Should! This week I'm thrilled to be back with you all again, I know I took quite a break there for about 3 weeks. I have been struggling internally with my own mental health and also recovering from being sick, so that's where I've been lately. But I want to start of by saying thank you all for being here throughout my journey, whether you've been listening since day one, or you just recently joined the podcast community, I appreciate every single one of you for supporting me and my journey with As You Should. It means the absolute world to me and you guys are what makes me want to keep going because I hear such great, positive feedback from you guys. And another thing, thank you for two-thousand listeners! We actually reached two thousand about 2 weeks ago, but then again, I haven't posted an episode in about 3 week so i haven't updated you all. I couldn't be more appreciative so thank you all again! I hope you enjoy this episode where I get really raw and personal about some struggles I've been dealing with as well as starting a healing journey of moving on and motivating myself back into my routines.
