Smart cards to replace white paper log books. On 3rd November 2021, the mandate to register and license motor vehicles in Uganda was transferred from the Uganda Revenue Authority to the Ministry of Works and Transport. Along with this change is the mandatory requirement of acquiring a smart logbook as proof of ownership of said car or motorcycle. In today’s episode, you find out what; 1.)
