ASMR - SPA Skincare para Dormir 💆🏻♀️💆🏻♂️💤
<p>En este ASMR hoy les dejo una relajante atención personal que se les va a gustar. En el mismo les aplico en sus caritas una crema 5 en uno para mantener su carita fresca y, sobre todo, hidratada. Hago algunos sonidos que para mí son deliciosos y se les van a encatar. Espero que lo disfruten mucho y les cause sueño.----------------------------------- Aquí te dejo el skincare sencillo que puedes hacer en tu casa todos los días. - </p><p>Paso 1 · Exfoliación </p><p>Exfoliante casero de café y yogur Exfoliación con ingredientes naturales La exfoliación elimina células muertas y suaviza la piel. Mezcla 3 cdas de café molido, 1 cda de yogur y 1 cda de azúcar. Aplica en círculos suaves, deja actuar 10 – 15 min y enjuaga con agua tibia. Repite 1 vez por semana si tu piel es mixta, o cada 15 días si es sensible.</p><p>Paso 2 - Mascarilla de limpieza profunda </p><p>Mascarilla purificante natural Para una limpieza detox, usa ingredientes purificantes como arcilla, espirulina o unas gotas de limón (evita el limón si tu piel es muy sensible). Aplícala 2 veces por semana para retirar impurezas y minimizar poros.</p><p>Paso 3 - Hidratación con sueros naturales Suero facial natural </p><p>La hidratación es clave. Nuestros sueros contienen aceites e ingredientes naturales que ayudan a mantener tu piel joven e hidratada.
