<p>We had a new podcast host for this episode, Athletics NI CEO Elaine Grant, who sat down with Lady Mary Peters. <p>Our podcast host Isaac chatted with Mid Ulster AC athlete Grace Carson who came 6th at the British European Cross Country Trials back in November 2022 which secured her a spot on the GB & NI team for the European Cross Country Championships in Turin back in December 2022. </p> <p> </p> <p>Grace was also the first Northern Ireland athlete to be selected for GB & NI at the European Cross Country in 25 years.</p> <p> On this episode we talked about Grace's experience at the European Cross Country Championships, her unbelievable cross country season, her favourite running shoes and much more.
