Welcome to Athy Toastmasters podcast. This is our very first introductory episode and the purpose is to really tell you what you can expect from this show. Whether you are a manager, student, young professional, someone looking to advance their career, health coach, or someone hoping to make an impact in your community, Toastmasters is the most efficient, supportive, enjoyable, and affordable way of gaining great communication skills. You’ll improve your interpersonal communication and be more persuasive and confident when giving speeches. It is a great opportunity to speak in front of people. Nothing will improve your presentation skills more than straight up practice. Engaging in public speaking opportunities whenever you can will minimise anxiety and increase your confidence every time.
