ATK-raportti 24.6.2026: Sakkona Venukseen
<p>ATK-raportin vuoden 2026 neljäs jakso (tällä kertaa oikeasti neljäs, tarkistimme!) tuo yleisön toiveesta takaisin IT-oikeuden yhdistyksen emerituspuheenjohtajan, Teemu Oksasen, mikrofonin taakse. Teemun, Jalmarin, Jannen ja Jasun kera pureudumme tällä kertaa mm. Yhdysvaltain hallinnon asettamiin Anthropic Fable 5 -vientirajoituksiin, siihen miksi Sirin tekoälyominaisuudet eivät vielä saavu Eurooppaan, Verkkokauppa.comin sakkojen pysyttämiseen korkeimmassa hallinto-oikeudessa, perustuslakivaliokunnan mietteitä GDPR-sakkojen antamisesta julkisille toimijoille, sekä uunituoretta tekoälyoikeuskäytäntöä Saksasta.
