Спецвыпуск - Исконные и заимствованные названия блюд в русском языке
Академическая статья. Элементы тематической группы «Блюда национальной кухни» в рамках национальной лингвокультуры репрезентируют гастрономический код, требующий детального изучения. Статус элементов рассматриваемой группы в русской языковой картине мира определяется рядом факторов, в том числе генезисом наименований и степенью их активности в современном русском языке. В данной статье рассматриваются исконные и заимствованные названия блюд в русском языке с целью выявления национально-культурного компонента в их семантике, для чего используются методы компонентного, лексического, стилистического, анализа и лингвокультурологического комментирования. Анализ материала свидетельствует о том, что исконные и заимствованные компоненты группы в процессе функционирования в русском языке существенно поменяли своё значение, что обусловило их сохранение в активном запасе. Лексемы, сохранившие своё первоначальное значение, являются элементами преимущественно профессиональной речи. Автор - Ли Чи.
