#13 Sportgericht, Strafanzeige, Freispruch - So lief der Haider-Fall wirklich ab
<p>In der neuen Folge ist Rechtsanwalt Karsten zu Gast und es geht diesmal nicht nur locker ums Netzwerken, sondern richtig rein ins Sportrecht. Er erzählt, wie sich seine Kanzlei weiterentwickelt hat, warum sie inzwischen größer aufgestellt sind und neben Sportrecht auch Themen wie Arbeitsrecht, Immobilienrecht und Wirtschaftsstrafsachen betreuen. </p><p>Dann wird’s spannend: Wie läuft das eigentlich hinter den Kulissen bei einem Fußballverein? Spielerverträge, Trainerverträge, Sponsoren, Ticketing - all das klingt erstmal trocken, hat es aber in sich. Karsten erklärt verständlich, warum ein Profivertrag eben nicht wie ein normaler Arbeitsvertrag funktioniert, was Ausstiegsklauseln bedeuten und warum Deadlines im Fußball manchmal echt brutal sind. Gerade bei Vertragsverhandlungen zeigt sich, wie wichtig es ist, jedes Detail zu prüfen - sonst kann es schnell teuer werden.</p><p>Richtig emotional wird es beim Rückblick auf das Sportgerichtsverfahren rund um den Rassismus-Vorwurf gegen einen Fortuna-Spieler. Drei juristische Baustellen auf einmal: Sportgericht, Strafanzeige und Presserecht. Karsten gibt Einblicke, wie so ein Verfahren wirklich abläuft - von Befangenheitsanträgen bis zur Zeugenstrategie.
