How To Recognize Emotionally Mature People
<p>I started reading this book, and it has been SO informative towards the relationships I have with other people. It has helped me realize how these things have stemmed from my childhood. I truly recommend this book, and I did not expect how triggering it was going to be but I have thoroughly enjoyed this book (my notes all over the book will agree.) Knowing what kind of relationships to build and who to build them with is hard to see off the bat but this book helps you see things in a different light. Reading about these traits has made it easier, so I decided to share them with you! PLEASE look out for red flags regardless of the type of connection.
