<p>Welcome to the South Aussie with Cosi Podcast.</p> <p>I’ve always been ‘the big fella, the fat kid, the fat guy’.</p> <p>My whole life I have been addicted to food. The same way a junkie is addicted to drugs. Food was my poison.</p> <p>In November last year I was weighing in at a monster 142kgs.</p> <p>After 5 years I decided that I needed to make a change. I wanted to see my kids grow up.
