Unter dem Motto „Zurück zur Natur“ produziert Daniel heute Edelbrände, Gin, Vodka und Liköre – ohne künstliche Zusätze, dafür mit viel Leidenschaft und handwerklichem Feingefühl. Sein oriGIN wurde 2023 sogar zum <strong>Destillata-Edelbrand des Jahres</strong> gekürt.</p><p>Wir sprechen über Daniels Weg vom Hobbybrenner zum ausgezeichneten Produzenten, die Bedeutung von Regionalität und Qualität und seine Visionen für die Zukunft.</p>
