[…] And the first thing we said is let's target all of the customers we haven't seen in over a year. And so we built text campaigns, hit all of those customers. And this has been our biggest month yet. I was just checking this morning. We had 37 appointments for the month of September. Our largest yet, our second highest month was 26 appointments a couple months ago. And I pulled all of the appointments year to date and 70% of the customers that we serviced remotely, we hadn't seen in at least a year, some as long as 2021, so five years, which is just incredible. And so, you know, that's when I saw that when I shared this, these results with the service manager shop foreman, I saw their eyes kind of glow and it turned out, yeah, well, it's kind of proving that it's no longer a vanity project.
