How sleep helps with Healing.
When we take birth, we wake up from really long sleep.Waking up into this world is always rejoiced by everyone in our family. We are welcomed into this world to begin a new cycle of life in physical form. Our DNA carries so much of our information and while we are walking our path on this planet we keep interacting with so many things. Each and everything has a different effect on us. Every information that we ever have,everything that we see is registered.. It's like data being absorbed into our brains. Fun fact is that not only our brain is processing this information, rather the chemicals which the brain produces on registering this information keeps interacting with our other parts of the body. The brain keeps processing the impulses generated, the stress, the pressure,the happiness everything keeps flowing into our into our blood, resulting in to continuous DNA sequencing to be updated.Our DNA has all our information and these chemicals that are released from our brain keep interacting with DNA. So we know that DNA is ultimately the building block of our entire well being. Time and again spirituality meets biology and now we understand how important it is to tap into our spiritual beings and work with energy frequencies and vibrations. We understand many things. As now we know that the universe works on vibrations! What we send,that we receive. Healing is something which comes naturally to us. Nature works in beautiful ways and healing comes naturally. The universe supports healing. The universe and so many aspects of it supports us while we are awake and in a very beautiful way it works while we are asleep. Sleep is the most integral part of healing. Imagine yourself having a rough day and sleeping makes you fresh the other day, like something wrong had never happened! Sleeping has many benefits on your physical body. While you are asleep your conscious brain switch from waking to sleeping state, your breathing rate slows down,your heart rate too and your muscles relax.. Different brain wave activity is observed. Dreaming occurs which reflects different aspects from your real, from your waking life. Also so many issues that subconscious reflects to be resolved is reflected. Your hormonal level are regulated. Melatonin is produced, growth hormones which is important for body and muscle development, also for metabolism. Cortisol which is stress hormones is regulating. Leptin and Ghrelin hormones which help in controlling appetite are regulated. Some studies have also shown that proper sleep helps with weight management and well being. Hence for a physical body, we understand that sleep promotes health and well being. Looking forward to the psychological aspects of how sleep works with the healing of mind, it has been understood by so many studies that sleep helps with memory and information processing. It also is found that patients who are suffering with major depression sleep a lot.As sleep allows them to heal from the mental exhaustion and it works like cure for them, to deal with depression. Studies have also found that sleep helps us to have better decision making ability. Sleep is also found to enhance creativity which leads to discoveries and inventions. It also leads to creative solutions to various problems. Most importantly it is that we dream while we are asleep.Since time immemorial dreams have been a subject of study. Declutter your space and mind..,
2 years back I realized the way of living that was the biggest realization of my life that was the time when we understood that less is more all the things that I had all the things I ever earned all the things I've owned so much so much of material that all of no use to me it just added to the misery of my life it never made things clear to me it only was more and more pressure more and more of mess more and more of mess not only in my surroundings but more of more of mess even in my life it is always understood that your mind is everything and your area your surroundings are actually the reflection of your mind how you keep the surroundings of your place Reflects the state of your mind and that time I understood that this is not the way that I wanted to live ever in my life my closet was always stuffed and filled with clothes shoes purses all the jewelry all the jewelry all the things that I could already not use I wasn't using all those things but still I had them somehow my storage was stuffed with so many of things my home was overly filled with things I used to go places I used to buy I used to keep those things and those things just kept filling and stuffing in my house As a result of it it made me more and more miserable and then I realized one day that this is not the way I wanted to live so now there is something else that has needed to be done very gradually I I started removing things that I did not wanted so wanted so I started with the things which were less emotionally attached to me and then I went to the things which were actually very much emotionally attached to me and that is how I started liberating myself 1 by 1 and I must say that it was an experience which changed to me which completely changed to me I learned that these are just materialistic things and that these things are not gonna go with me anywhere they're gonna stay where they are the things that matter to me most is my peace of mind the clarity that I want in my life when I was getting rid of the stuff when I was giving away all of this stuff I was not giving away I was not losing anything I was gaining I was gaining clarity of my mind and that's what really matters I gained that clarity And now today I am clear about what I want and that's the beauty of everything so I want every one of you to just watch this video and see how I did my journey this is just the 1st video of it and then slowly slowly gradually I'll be opening all of these things to you 1 by 1 how to "through it and how at every step you feel the amazing Bliss of you know disconnecting yourself from your past disconnecting yourself from what does not serving you empowering yourself towards the present living in the present and acting for the brighter future ahead.Hello everyone write your name in comment box And you will get your Angelic Message You can follow me On Instagram @spiritualconnections_for_you You Tube www.youtube.com/spiritualconnections/c/ Blogs @avneetgulati4.blogspot.com Podcast Apple Google Spotify Anchor Spiritualconnections by Avneet Linkedin @Aavvneet Twitter @AvneetGulati4 To learn Tarot Cards and Oracle Cards contact me Also book a personal session What's app 9768147899 Let's grow spiritually together Love and Light Aavneet J Hans

Your morning is a sacred time where you give yourself an opening to think what you want to do for this day. Each and every day is very precious, it's like a gift from God because as you awake in the morning you realize that you have been given another life by God ,so to make the best out of this time, to make the best out of the life which has been given to you for this one day.It is something that you need to cherish the most.And so affirmations are called the best things in the world which could help you with starting your morning in the right way .Affirmations are the positive statements, Simple and positive statements which help you to understand yourself it helps you to program yourself with good thoughts, to start up in the morning research have shown that reciting these words putting these words somehow programs your subconscious mind to go in that direction and so your day also goes in the similar direction, controlling how your mood or how well your day would be be something which makes this affirmation so wonderful because by doing this you can make your day the best day ever in your life each and every day.
