<br /> I’ve known Lisa for 25 years (!!!) and so it was an incredible talk as we revisited some old memories, personal moments and talked about the book she is currently writing called, One with Horses. Having been through so many transformative times together in Australia and Los Angeles, it was fulfilling for me to provide a platform to share Lisa’s passion for horses, animals and nature in general.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We talked about co-creating heaven on earth as we envision it and even having a taste of it years ago together in a 100 acre paddock. Lisa shared many wisdoms that she’s learned from working with horses as well as wonderful stories I had never heard about like her big awakening moment which occurred through the lens of a camera… a “modern day” external third eye, if you will.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I can’t fully express through words how special it is for me to share this little chat with an old friend and also my appreciation for Lisa as a beautiful human being as we speak into existence what it means to be sovereign, happy and free. In this episode, Lisa mentioned how horses have literally transported us for over a millennium and how they are now spiritually transporting us back to ourselves and to a more congruent relationship to nature. I can’t help but connect how Lisa herself was instrumental in transporting me to Australia (so to speak) where I was able to come back to myself when my own awakening unfolded on a massive scale so many years ago.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Lisa Podosin has 45 years of experience with horses as a competitor, professional rider, trainer, riding instructor and horse guardian. What began as curiosity about how to connect with horses in a compassionate way evolved into a journey of personal growth and transformation. Her fascination with connecting with horses using less and less gear led her to work with many top trainers such as Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling, John Chatterton and Martin Contreras Carrizosa. 1.05 // Lydia Rose on Sexual Alchemy
<br /> What a passionate, wildly interesting and heart centered conversation this was! If you have heard the other episodes, you’ll know that I gush over my guests but this one was extra gushy and squishy (pun intended as you will later understand). As soon as we stopped recording, we were saying “I love you” and that folx, is a perfect example of healed maidens walking and talking their wise woman mothers flow, just vibing in love and unity simply for the pleasure of it.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I’ve learned so much from Lydia and I’m sure you will too.
