Working With Energy January 2022
<p>We’ve had a bit of a break in podcasts, due to planting and harvesting on the farm and logistics. So, this month, it will be a bit different format, just you and I, talking about the energy and doing some exercises.</p> <p>Our world is made up of physical objects and energy. We tend to focus only on the physical world, but it’s also important to understand energy and how it works.</p> <p>Just as there are good and bad people in our everyday lives, there are also positive and negative energies in the spiritual world. Learning how to <strong>pray and meditate</strong> is a good way to open yourself to the more positive energy.</p> <p>This episode, we go through four exercises in working with energy.</p> <p>Please let us know your thoughts, and what you've experienced.
