<p>"Believing Vaccines" by Babatunde Okunlola is a documentary that takes a comprehensive approach to the issue of Vaccine hesitancy and acceptance. Babatunde tells the story using efforts garnered toward the second vaccination rollout in Kwara state, Nigeria, which In April 2021, led the national table, emerging number one in preparation for vaccination and implementation countrywide, in the data released by the National primary healthcare development agency in Nigeria. </p> <p>The documentary doesn't shy away from several difficult questions and controversies around the issue of vaccines around the world, by bringing in every day people to experts such as front liners in the health sectors who range from Dr John Nkengasong: the director of the Africa Center for Disease Control and Prevention, to Dr Nusirat Elelu is the Executive secretary of the Kwara state primary healthcare development agency, and Dr Micheal Sunday Oguntoye; Director at the primary health care service, at the Kwara state primary healthcare development agency among other voices. </p> <p>This project was sponsored by INTERNEWS. </p> <p><br></p>
