<p>Just before war broke out between Russia and Ukraine, Andrew Pratt had an alarming realization: The senior leadership in his organization, Siemens, was receiving intelligence from different departments, which was not always aligned.</p><p>In this episode of Back to Source, Andrew - who is currently serving as Situation and Intelligence Analysis (SIA) Team Deputy and Senior Analyst at Siemens AG - discusses the steps they took to break down internal silos, and increase communication and coordination between different teams. He also explains how they have fostered relationships with intelligence teams in other companies, and how this has benefited their own operation. </p><p>Andrew joined Siemens following a decade of military intelligence experience.
