<p>In case you haven't noticed, the world is still sheltering in place, but we have a big healthy dose of our 2nd "Best Of" Episode for you.</p> <p>Take a ride in the way back machine as Matt Kona hosts Dan Martin, Big D, Will Martin, Kendra Dawsey, Chloe Cunha, Jimmy Zheng, Nick David, Zach Brazoa, Ben Quick, Michael Stewart, Kevin Quigley, Danya Trommer, Jack Burke, Andy Ofiesh, Al Christakis, Maurice Green, and members from the audience! Keep checking back with improvboston.com and hopefully some semblance of normality will return.</p> <p>The Naked Comedy Showcase happens on the first Thursday of every month at 9:30pm. It normally sells out in advance, and that will be the case when things re-open as most establishments will be operating at a reduced capacity.</p> <p>We miss and love you all, and hope to see you back soon!</p>

<p>Backstage at The Naked Comedy Showcase 3/5/2020</p> <p>This was recorded right before the pandemic of COVID-19 started to really affect lives throughout America. Due to the shut down of ImprovBoston and many other businesses and comedy clubs, there will be no March edition of The Naked Comedy Showcase.</p> <p>This episode serves as a nice dose of normality for the podcast crew, and a great episode to enjoy while staying home and washing your hands. Matt Kona chats with the visiting original podcast producer Nick David, podcast favorite Dan Martin (whose album recording was postponed to another date in the future, so stay tuned!), Kevin Quigley, “Big D”, Jeff MacKinnon,Chris Connolly, first time Nick Martucci and very special guest Ryan Clauson. Ryan was a regular on the Boston Comedy scene, moved to L.A., toured colleges around the country, moved back to New Hampshire a while back and now pretty much only does comedy on this show. He’s an interesting guy, brought some musical instruments and we captured the audio of his set as well as a candid conversation after the official broadcast ended detailing the story of how he came to be booked on this particular show. Check it out and enjoy!</p> <p>And keeping check back with ImprovBoston and hopefully we'll be back on the first Thursday of the month. Get your tickets online because it sells out!
