In the early years, the Voice was a companion, but as Yonis got older, it wanted to take over, and containing it became more challenging. Throughout the episode, Yonis goes into detail about how he was eventually diagnosed with Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective disorder.   Schizophrenia is a chronic, severe mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, acts, expresses emotions, perceives reality, and relates to others.
