You Need Therapy

This episode is different than any other episode I’ve recorded thus far. I speak with Beth Segaloff who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Therapist, Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and Breathwork Facilitator. She has created a program called “Life School 101” where she helps teens and young adults learn how to respond to all of life’s experiences. Beth really believes in a whole health approach that integrates the mind, body, and one’s emotions. This was one of the most eye-opening conversations I have had on my show. It is a reminder that everyone hits speed bumps in their life and that you aren’t alone. I really hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed recording it. If you would like to sign up for Beth’s program and look into it here is the link! https://www.bethsegaloff.com/life-school-101-for-teens
