<p><strong>Step out of the comfort zone and move into the courage zone.</strong></p><p>This week's special guest, Francheska "Frany" Schoos, mother and wife courageously and candidly shares her journey through life before and after learning she battles with mental illness, and being diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder at age 27.</p><p>Francheska shares what brought to accepting and taking responsibility; being active in her treatment as well as how loved ones can best support someone who battles with mental illnesses. The Decision and Journey to #WAIT&WIN w/ LaToya Michelle
<p><strong>In life we can sometimes find ourselves at the crossroads of having to make the best yet toughest decision ever. </strong></p><p>This week's special guest is one of my VIPS and friends, LaToya Michelle (@t_johnson03). LaToya is a wife, mother, YouTuber and above all, she is a woman of faith.</p><p>On this episode, LaToya shares her journey from finding out she was going to be a mother for the first time at 16 years old to deciding years later to break free from the identity and labeling of being both a “PK” (preacher’s kid) and teen mom. LaToya shares why she decided to #WAIT&WIN and how her life changed once she made the commitment and learned to walk in her identity in Christ. Beyond herself, LaToya pours into women and seeks to see women healing, walking in their true identity and also deciding to #WAIT&WIN.</p><p>LaToya has a weekly women’s bible study in Fort Wayne at TruFit Gym which can be attended in person.
