[…] And I think you started as a doula first and added sleep consulting afterwards. What prompted you to get this additional training and certification? Yeah. So I started my doula work just as a side business, just to sort of fill my bucket. And that was back in December of 2024. And what I found as a postpartum doula, is so many questions came up about newborn sleep. How can mom and dad sleep more? And I was like, you know, I can only help them so much without going on and getting more training around sleep. And so that's actually what really prompted me to take your training, become certified, and then flesh out this part of my business. […]
