Podcast Overview

A thought provoking series which focuses on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in today's modern world. Creating a safe space where people can share their authentic stories.I have worked in Financial Services industry for over 15 years and I realised that there is a lack of authentic and honest conversations, both in my personal and professional life. When I started to really reflect upon this, I came to the realisation that people were worried about offending each other which stopped these conversations from happening. That is why I created 'Becoming Comfortable with the Uncomfortable' to allow people to share their stories and have a platform where we can all explore, listen and broaden our horizons.
