In this episode, I discuss the chokehold of internalized homophobia, gaining confidence in my queerness, exploring my sexuality, embracing who I've always wanted to be as a artist and as a black queer woman creating a path that aligns with her happiness. It's insane who when you confront and relinquish your deepest insecurities you truly blossom in ways you could have never expected! Releasing all heteronormative societal and cultural norms that can shallow you whole. You love parts of yourself you were born to hate, to shame, to hide and you see in beauty in who you are. You see how deserving of love, prosperity and a life worth living fulled with joy. That is the path I am on, the healing journey I am on today and that you can be on with me! You deserve a life that you can be free in sexuality and be as fluid in your gender expression, break the binary mold. Abundance is our birthright. Surviving Your 20's| Drowning in Expectations

In this episode, I discuss the heavyweights of expectations and the overall pressure to succeed that I've had to experience within my 20s! I just turned 20 this year in March,  and this has been a hell of a year reflecting back. Along with now releasing these expectations that have been affecting my entire life, as in with relationships, adulting, sexuality, and career goals! It is the standard to have everything figured out, which in reality causes more harm than good. I know many twenty-somethings can relate to this constant crisis because we are always comparing our journey and rushing our many "firsts" experiences! However, I know there is more to learn and experience in my twenties all the while I am taking time to enjoy this time of my life to live authentically and to be guided what I truly desire, even if it means to make choices that only feels right to me.
